The goal of Bay Watch News is to provide

homeowners in Bonita Bay with interesting and

meaningful community and local news.

With more than 3,100 homes and approximately

7000 residents, Bonita Bay is not served by any

other publications exclusively dedicated to the

homeowners concerns and opinions. Bay Watch

News has provided a forum focused on its

residents for the last eleven years with a strong

advertiser retention rate.

As the publishers and editors of Bay Watch News

(and homeowners in Bonita Bay) we are

considered by the residents as the “go to” place to

find good, reliable information. Many of our

advertisers come back year after year because

they understand the value of our continuing to

spread their message. Many residents keep the

magazines for an entire season in case they need a

reference.

Some of our ongoing features are “Letters to

the Editors” eliciting homeowners opinions

about community affairs; “Who’s Who in Bonita

Bay” profiling distinguished residents; “Update

on Real Estate”, written by local realtors

with a focus on Bonita Bay. Other features

in-clude “Movie Reviews”, “Restaurant Reviews”,

and “On the Bookshelf”.

The news magazine is will be mailed to each

home free of charge Dec-Apr.
